Data we process
For customer enquiries, we process name, email address, country, vehicle, location, desired setup and the message voluntarily submitted. For installer partner applications, we process name/company, email address, location, liability insurance status, workshop options and experience.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to answer enquiries, prepare call-backs, coordinate suitable installation options and review potential cooperation with installer partners. The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for our legitimate interest in orderly processing and coordination.
Sharing with installer partners
Customer data is shared with suitable independent installer partners only where this is needed to coordinate an installation appointment or where you have agreed to the sharing.
Hosting and technical data
The website is hosted via Azure Static Web Apps. When the website is accessed, technically necessary access data such as IP address, date, time, browser information and requested files may be processed to deliver the website securely and reliably.
Cookies and tracking
This website currently does not use its own tracking or marketing cookies.
Retention
We keep enquiries only for as long as necessary for processing, follow-up and statutory retention obligations. Data that is no longer needed is deleted.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
